Who is Tim Barrow?

Sir Tim Barrow is the UK’s outgoing Ambassador to the EU. He was appointed as UK Permanent Representative in January 2017 after the resignation of Sir Ivan Rogers. When the UK left the EU on 31 January 2020, he ceased to be Permanent Representative and became Ambassador as head of the renamed UK Mission to the EU.
