Panel discussion on ‘views from the EU-27: paths to pursuing Brexit’

You are invited to a panel discussion on ‘Views from the EU-27: Paths to pursuing Brexit.’ As the UK moves towards its formal notification of withdrawing from the EU, the need to understand the positions of other member-states becomes ever more important. The panel will present a range of perspectives from key states, reflecting on the priorities that national governments will seek to promote and defend in negotiations with the UK, as well as the future path of the EU.

  • Henry Foy, Central Europe correspondent at the Financial Times
  • Vivien Pertusot, head of Institut Français des Relations Internationales, Brussels
  • Daniela Schwarzer, director of the Research Institute at the German Council on Foreign Relations.
  • Charles Grant, director of the Centre for European Reform will moderate the discussion.

Tea and coffee will be served at 10:00am and we shall sit down at 10:30am. Places at this event are limited, and I regret that invitations are non-transferable. Please let us know if you would like to attend as soon as possible. This event will be on-the-record.
