In the summer we invited panellists to reflect on what the G7 might mean for the prospects of a successful COP in Glasgow in November. Two weeks after the conclusion of the COP, we ask an international panel of experts what they make of the conclusions, whether it made decisive progress and achieved enough to keep 1.5 degrees “alive”, and what they made of this further showcase of “Global Britain”.
