Who is Matt Hancock?

Matt Hancock is the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, having been appointed in July 2018 under Theresa May. Mr Hancock is responsible for overseeing the government’s healthcare response to the Covid-19 outbreak in England. He is one of the few Cabinet ministers who supported Remain in the Brexit referendum.
