What explains differences in social distancing in the UK?

The UK is currently on lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but some places have locked down more than others. These differences can be explained by income, geography and (more surprisingly) politics, says Ben Ansell in this new report looking at the differences in social distancing across the UK.
