Tim Bale discusses Boris Johnson’s dinner with Ursula von der Leyen and the new deadline of Sunday for Brexit negotiations. He says despite it being a major sticking point, fishing could most easily be resolved as it’s about numbers, quotas, definite time periods, and those are the sort of things often dealt with in trade negotiations.
